Incredible food!
Part of a group of 37, with a choice of 3 entrees. I had the steak tips & pasta option. It was absolutely delectable!! The meat was fork tender, wine based, kind of ‘stew like’ flavor, with a couple carrots and mushrooms on it, on a bed of penne. Wonderful french bread to accompany it. Amazing flavor!! I highly recommend this restaurant due to the service, and especially the food! Best thing we ate on our southern US tour, in 10 days!!!! Would love to return!
Highly recommended!
I have visited the Avenue several times and have yet to be disappointed. Entree prices range from $17-$30 or so. Most recently, I tried the mussels for an appetizer and the filet of sole for an entree. Both were very delicious, and the bread offered was perfect for soaking up the remaining broth with the mussels. For dessert, a bananas foster type dessert was excellent. The wine list is not extensive, but has more than enough quality selections in multiple price points. The service was also excellent. Will definitely go again.
Private Party-Entire Restaurant-Great Experience
Rehearsal dinner for 75 followed by a welcome reception for more. Everything was great-food, atmosphere, logistics and friendly and attentive service. Bryan, Vicky and Nathan made it easy.
Excellent Food and Service
Only reservation we have is the slow service from the kitchen on a night with few in restaurant but a private party in their event room. Food was flawless and wait staff excellent. Good parking across the street
Private party with very good food and good service
There is a little room in the back that is perfect for a large dinner group ( say 20 people). We ate here and I was surprised at how good the food was given that they had so many people to serve at once. All the choices were good-and the acoustics were much better than in the main restaurant. Casual look but serious food.
